learn pro bass fishing tips and techniques and how to fish for bass

My name is John Harold Hansen III some call me J3 I'm currently working at my goal of fishing as a professional bass angler. Recently I attended a Bass University seminar. I did this because the people who teach the classes are some of the most recognized people in the fishing industry. I wasn't sure what to expect in my first Bass U class. Will it be a joke will it be a success will they teach what I don't know or will they teach me the basics and call it a class. I was excited and skeptical. So here I am at my first Bass U class hanging with the pros I'm thinking how cool is this. Scott martin, Brett Hite, Mark Davis, Mike Iaconeli all just within speaking distance. So they go into how they like to fish how they tune there baits how they like to tie there lures. I say to myself OK OK its not to bad so far. Then we break down into small groups and get one on one with these guys, Here's my chance to get down to the nitty gritty. Will i get blown off or will these guys really help us young anglers eager for a shortcut into learning more. Boy was I surprised they really lay it out for you. Shaw Grigsby and my self talked for a while about rigging baits he evened showed me how to tie a knot and had me practice it a few times in front of him to make sure I understood how to tie it. Kevin short to the one on one time with me to explain the characteristics of a crank bait and when you want to pull it out of your tackle box. All in all there classes this year were fantastic and thanks Bass U for being a asset to the sport I love. Check me out at www.hansenfishing.com
