West coasters love their bass fishing.  Some say the new world record is likely to come from some of the deep clear waters of the west.

In recent years the professional tournament trails have visited some of the best bass fisheries in the country including Clear Lake and the Delta. Ten pounders are an everyday occurrence in these great lakes and the swimbait craze was started by west coast bassers.
